Our old condo entrance gate got ruined by a car accident in the snow, it was a horrible system and we had tons of problems with it getting stuck or not working. Buchanan replaced it as quickly as possible in the middle of this pandemic with an amazing one. It’s a million times better than our old one. So far, customer service has been great. They’ve communicated extremely well with all of the condo tenants during the testing and programming to make sure no one got locked out. Very impressive handling this many households so professionally. I’ve recommended them to some family because of it.
